This is the vacation care program for Autumn 2015 at Windsor School Age Care Centre.
This is an electronic booking form. You must register and login to be able to book online. Once you have made a booking you may review it in the My Bookings page. Any changes to your online booking needs to be made by contacting WSACC.
Excursions and centre based programs are developed to meet the wide developmental and interest ranges of children who attend. Not all activities will suit all children. Please consider the appropriateness of each excursion for your child. It is not expected that all children would participate in all excursions.
Excursions do not need to be booked separately as this can be decided on the day of care, except where pre purchase of tickets are required or transport limitations occur. This will be indicated by a separate excursion checkbox for the activity.
FOOD:
Lunch is not included in our daily fee. Tuckshop lunch is available to be purchased for children not attending excursions and our picnic lunch is also available for purchase for children attending excursions. In either case food is to be ordered at sign in each day.
Breakfast/morning tea til and afternoon tea are included in our daily fee.

Consideration will be taken in programing for new prep children allocating educators to orientate and provide support to their growing confidence in the centre as well as the demands of a vacation care day on their energy levels. A range of quieter activities with prep children in mind will be faciliated throughout the vacation program.
Please provide us enough time to enrol and plan for new children attending for the first time.
Bookings may be received at WSACC by email, booking online, by telephone or in person.
Any booking which is received is deemed to be confirmed upon receipt of the booking enquiry. There will be no further correspondence unless the booking cannot be confirmed. In the unlikely event of a booking being unable to be confirmed, WSACC staff will contact you.
WSACC has a cancellation policy as follows.
A booking cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the care date will incur a half day care fee ($23.50).
A booking cancelled within 48 hours prior to the care date will incur the full day care fee of $47.00
Early Bird Bookings
Bookings for vacation care received prior to the last Thursday of each school term will be charged our ‘Early Bird’ fee of $45per day per child.
Bookings received after the last Thursday of each school term will be charged our standard daily fee of $50 per child per day.
Bookings are essential for all care. Care for a child without a booking will be charged our casual day fee of $60 per day per child. Please call WSACC prior to attending to avoid this fee.
Bookings from one vacation period to the next are not automatically transferred. Each vacation period requires a new booking for each child wishing to attend.
